  • 1 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

    Spread on sheet pan CUT-SIDE DOWN in a single layer. Do not overcrowd — use two pans if needed.

    Cut-side down = maximum contact with the hot pan = maximum caramelization. This is the whole game.
