- 1 1/2 lb cod or mahi-mahi fillets
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large ripe mango (diced)
- 1/4 medium red onion (finely diced)
- 1 small jalapeño (seeded and minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup purple cabbage (shredded)

Make mango salsa: combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and 2 tbsp lime juice. Season with a pinch of salt. Refrigerate until serving.

Make lime crema: mix sour cream with remaining 1 tbsp lime juice and a pinch of salt.

Season fish with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish 3-4 minutes per side until it flakes easily and reaches 145°F internal temperature.

Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet or over an open flame. Break fish into chunks and divide among tortillas. Top with shredded cabbage, mango salsa, and lime crema.
